Kansas City, MO (AP) — May 14, 2011; 00:00 GMT – Beginning May 15, 2011, Caribbean Airlines will enhance its scheduled flights to provide more flights to more Caribbean destinations through a strategic partnership with Kansas City based MetroAir Virtual.

The routes will be served by a 78 seat Bombardier Dash8-Q400 wet-leased aircraft from MetroAir Virtual based in San Juan Puerto Rico. “These additional flights cement Caribbean Airlines’ commitment to the expansion of the airline in the Caribbean region.” states Head of Corporate Communications, Laura Asbjornsen. “We are strengthening our presence in our home markets to facilitate the travel needs of our customers, since a need for these additional services into our Caribbean markets have been identified.
