Major Management changes

Romulus, MI - July 24, 2006: In a press conference earlier today, MetroAir�s key founder and long-running CEO, Mark McCoy, stood down from his duties at the airline, due to growing personal commitments. Mr. McCoy has celebrated much success with the airline since its launch in January 2006; despite standing down as CEO, he will however be staying on as MetroAir�s Chairman. Stuart Johnston, former COO, has now stepped up to the position of Chief Executive Officer. In the same conference held today, he released the following statement: �It has been a pleasure to work alongside Mark McCoy since early 2005; he will be sorely missed as Executive Officer, and the airline is proof of his hard work, dedication and enthusiasm. I look forward to now head MetroAir through new skies, with the rest our very own management�. Furthermore, Tom Collins has now been promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer at MetroAir. Speaking to Aviation Weekly magazine, Mr. Collins was quoted to say: "The new role of Chief Operating Officer is one that I am excited to undertake. It will most surely pose new challenges, however I feel I am now sufficiently familiar with MetroAir's operations to be able to take the helm on day-to-day operations." Eric Boyken, Human Resources Manager, will also be moving up to Assistant Fleet Manager, as of Friday 28th July. The MetroAir Board of Directors invited Mr. Boyken to the assistant position based upon his long-term commitment and excellent knowledge with fleet management. Clint Wilson will also continue his role of Detroit HUB Manager.
