DETROIT, December 5th, 2006: MetroAir announced today the naming of Matthew Calsada as the airline�s next Human Resources Manager. Former HR Director Eric Boyken stepped down from his position due to real-world commitments. �It's been two months since this bright star was hired as our Detroit operations Hub Manager, said CEO Mark McCoy �and given his performance in Hub Management, we feel Mr. Calsada is the best man for the job.�
"Though I'm sorry to see a friend and colleague leave the ranks, I'm honored and strive to step up and face the new challenges as HR Director" quoted Calsada. Mr. Boyken will remain available to help train Mr. Calsada in his new duties, for which the airline is very grateful. Mr. Calsada's replacement will be named following the opening of a new application process for the airline's next Detroit Hub Manager.
