Kansas City, MO – Earlier today Kansas City based MetroAirVirtual Airlines announced that it was teaming up with Florida based Disney Cruise Lines during the summer of 2011. MetroAir will be offering weekly charter flights to Barcelona’s El Prat Airport in order to connect passengers with Disney Cruise Lines ‘Disney Magic’ which is sailing from Barcelona on 7 night European Cruises. The service will commence on May 27th from Ft Lauderdale Airport using an Airbus A330. This Charter flight will remain in service until August 27th when the ‘Disney Magic’ will be repositioned back to its base in Port Canaveral. During the ‘Disney Magic’s’ time in Europe it will be sailing two different itineraries visiting some of Europe’s most picturesque destinations.
