What started as a small group of dedicated simmers has grown into a thriving virtual airline with pilots from around the world. We've expanded our operations, added new divisions, and continuously improved our platform while staying true to our founding principles.
Today, MetroAir Virtual offers pilots a comprehensive career experience across multiple divisions and aircraft types, with opportunities for pilots of all skill levels to grow and advance their virtual aviation careers.

MetroAir Virtual offers diverse flying experiences through specialized divisions. Each provides unique opportunities to explore different aspects of aviation.
MetroAir's flagship division operating Boeing and Airbus narrow-body and wide-body aircraft across domestic and international routes. Three hubs — Washington Dulles (IAD), Minneapolis-Saint Paul (MSP), and Las Vegas (LAS) — plus focus cities in Tampa (TPA) and Seattle (SEA), with PHNL interisland service. From transcontinental red-eyes to transatlantic and transpacific long-hauls, mainline represents the core of MetroAir's network.
MetroAir's regional feeder brand operating CRJ-700 and Embraer E175 aircraft. Allegius connects smaller cities to all three MetroAir hubs with high-frequency hub-to-spoke service. As the entry point for pilot progression, regional pilots build experience on diverse approaches and challenging weather before advancing to mainline equipment.
